Turn-Key Sugar Projects: Bio-Process provides improved processes for obtaining higher yields using less energy through the provision of advanced technologies at low capital costs. The provision of turn-key sugar processing systems ensures system integration and optimization allowing for fast project completion and low energy / cost sugar milling.

Existing Facility Retrofits: In addition to providing the best available technologies and turn-key solutions for the development of new sugar processing facilities, Bio-Process and our partner provide engineering, technologies, and services to increase the efficiencies and profitability of existing facilities by 15 – 30% for minimal capital costs.

The Bio-Process sugar technologies and services can be used in the processing of sugar cane, sugar beets, and sweet sorghum for the production of sugar press juice, raw sugar, crystalline sugar, molasses, and pressed cane bagasse. Bio-Process also provides highly efficient process technologies for the conversion and industrial processing of sugar cane products and molasses to beverage grade and fuel grade alcohol.
